Shipping & Returns
FREE SHIPPING! We offer free shipping to all addresses within the continental U.S. (We're so sorry, Alaska and Hawaii. We love you, but we use UPS ground to ship our kits, and just can't cover the extra cost to fly our products to you.)
Order Processing: Monday - Friday, from 8 am - 4:00 pm MST (Public holidays excluded.) Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days.
Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This means we've received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
Tracking Numbers: We will send an email with your UPS tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Damaged Items: If you notice any damage to your box due to shipping, please make a note of it on the delivery manifest when you sign for the delivery. (This is your best proof that there was damage caused by delivery and can ensure your best chance at a quick replacement or refund.)
If your box looks fine, but you find damage to the kit or kit contents, please take a photo and send it to email@example.com. We want to make things right, and will do our best to find out what happened and replace damaged items.
Returns & Refunds: Sometimes what you get in life isn't what you expected. It happens.
We hope your kit is everything you expected and more, but if it isn't, you can send it back to us and get a refund.
You can return any of our kits (in brand new condition with all items intact and unused) within 30 days of the purchase date.
However, since all food and water items are nonreturnable and nonresellable, you don't need to send those back.
So, before you pack up your kit to return to us, please contact me first at firstname.lastname@example.org. Together, we'll figure out the easiest and cheapest way for you to return your kit and get your refund.
